I'm not sure when he'll be back over, to be honest. But I can tell you that John Kavanagh SBGI has hosted Rodrigo Medeiros a few times in the Dublin Region. John might be able to fill you in ,if Rodrigo will be in Dublin this year

rodrigo normally comes around june'ish....and will of course be at sbg then.

but Rodrigo Antunes a BTT Black Belt and Technical Coordinator will be in dublin early march...details to follow

Who is this aimed at.

I have never done any BJJ or any martial art but am kinda interested in starting. Would this be aimed at intermediates or would a total novice be lost?

Fantomas9mm- lots of beginners come to these kind of seminars. Thats how a lot of people get started learning grappling

There will be spare GI's (kimonos) there also, if you'd like to try out training in a GI.:)

I think thats how most of us started off, going to Seminars & start training with a few bodies.

But now you've got the opportunity to find a good club in most regions

Is a gi necessary for the day or will tracksuit suffice?

Tracksuit or shorts and t shirt is fine, or as Liam said spare gis are avaliable if needed
