I remember reading a while ago that a lot of rice thats being sold as Basmati or Jasmine etc etc is actually a mixture of cheaper rices.
The nutritional characteristics of different varies varies a lot .

So my question is, does anyone know of reputable sources of rice or brands that are likely to be exactly what they claim to be?
