hi folks, hope thread is in right place !

anyway, I would be grateful for some advice :

i am starting from scratch with my home entertainment. I am not sure whether to hook up my pc to my tv and consoles, or keep them separate.

I just got a xbox 360 and will prob buy a ps3 also, is it possible to buy a tv that supports both ? i mean one is hd dvd and one is blue ray ??

i think i might keep the pc separate as I have always been into online gaming and fear that all these extra cable could slow down my computer or something.

also, any advice on the best flatscreen to buy for about 1000 euros that would suppport 360 + ps3 ?

so i suppose what i am saying is, media centre or not ?

    thanks,

    action

    HTPC is your best option,
Get a tv with a few HDMI connections, I've seen some come with 3 lately, then you can connect all consoles & HTPC & have a good cinema sound system.

Cables don't slow down a pc
