Holdem Manager Configuration with Eyepoker

Hey, hopefully someone can help me with configuring Eyepoker With Holdem Manager, this is the way i have it setup is this correct:



My Password is correct and it scans when i run it but im only getting 14% known players compared to the usual 60-70%. I imported all the hands i had in the PT and it defo installed all the HH successfuly because i still have 10k-20k hands on all the regs when i use the HUD in HM.

Also Holdem Manager HUD works fine and says ive 48k players in the database but im thinking how would it pick up any players if it wasnt getting through to the database then it should be 0% found because thats the only active database so im a bit confused.

On the eyepoker website it says to put HoldemManagerBeta as the database name which leads me to think thats out of date because i went into database management in Holdem Manager and it shows the database name is HoldemManager, either way ive tried both with no luck

Anybody know how to set this up properly, its not importing at all for me and i cant find the answer to whats wrong anywhere.

Yesterday when I set up Everest Eye with HM I had a similar problem where it was only picking up stats on a few players, even though there were loads of players in the list which i had several hundred hands on. I just restarted the program a couple of times and also closed down HM while I done this and after the third attempt it worked for me. FWIW your settings all look fine, probably just a bug with the software.

Are you just having problems with Importing or is it Eyepoker? If its just importing is the following setup, ill presume your on ipoker. You didnt really say much so im not sure if its your first time to use it or it was working and just stopped for some reasons. Anyway


Goto Options > Configure Auto Import Folders. In there you need to add the folder where your HH are being saved to your hard drive so for GJP it would be something like c:/poker/Green Joker Poker/History/MdWexford

You should also add the folder where you datamine too aswell and you should selecr Archived folder to increase performance time. If it still dosent work confirm that the HH are saving to those folders you have added by navigating to the folders.

When you say its not importing how do you know this? Is there no HH showing up in the Cash Games TAB, is there nothing showing as importing in the Import TAB, is there no details showing in the HUD. If you give some more details of exactly whats wrong and what youve tried i might be able to help more.

Im playing on Everest and importing in HoldemManager fine.
Ive used eyepoker in the past with Poker Tracker and it was working fine its just now im trying to set it up with HM and something is wrong, HM is not importing any datamined hands at all.

The hands are being saved in my c:/datamining folder buts its not importing them at all, theres nothing showing up in my players tab for those stakes or anything.

Hey MD,

Can you post screenshots similar to the 2 i did in the 1st 2 posts. For the 2nd screenshot you need to go to options in Holdem Manager, then to Database Management, this will bring up a screen with passwords and usernames etc just click connect and then it should bring up a screen similar to mine above and post that screenshot too.

The reason i ask is that the database in the Database Management section much match the name in the database section of Eyepoker exactly or it wont work, also the username and password must match too so give us some screenshots and i might spot the problem.

Sorry, in the 1st screenshot before you take the screenshot click on the 2nd database near the bottom called Holdem Manager Everest so it will bring up your settings as that screenshot has no settings.

Everything looks fine so its not the settings.

I presume HM itself works fine, it imports, you can get stats via the HUD etc

If so try and check these. In the options tab where you can see your database section there is 2 other sections called scoring and display. Make sure theres no weird rules in scoring that might prevent results from displaying. In display the majority of options should be ticked or whatever ones you want, obviously if none are ticked nothing will display. Doubt its that but worth a look.

Then in the main section look for filter up near the top beside the run datamining button and unselect all filters. Theres also another filter buton in the bottom right corner of eyepoker try that.

Lastly and ive seen this before so dont laugh, but is Everest searching the correct tables. Ive often searched limit for example instead of NL and it obviously returns 0 results.

If Holdem Manager is working fine and your settings are correct im baffled why its not working!

One other longshot, when you have Holdem Manager open, on the top right of the screen it should show the database name, yours should be Database: HoldemManager Everest. Is it?

I have no idea what was wrong but its working fine now anyway after tinkering about with all the settings
