    Hi guys,

Anyone know if there is anywhere that rents ski gear in Galway? Going skiing for the first time in Feb and don't want to buy.

Great outdoors use to rent gear, not sure if they still do

Rent in resort. Lots of selection, latest gear. The reason there isn't anywhere to rent in Ireland is because there isn't enough demand, so even if there were somewhere, it would probably not be good. That and taking skis on a plane = pain in the neck.

Supposedly if you buy Dare 2 Be stuff it's as cheap as renting... €50 for pants and €50 for a jacket, actually Rambler's Way in Dublin had jackets half price the other day... I know you're in Galway but you should consider it...
