Tight frenulum

Hi there. Well, you see I have a tight frenulum, the one that connects to the foreskin. And I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem and how it can be treated? And also, would it have to be treated in a hospital or could it be done in a doctor's or something? Thanks.
