    Hi,

    Would like to know how a three bed duplex ground and first floor house will be, i mean about the future market of suah a house in blanchardstown

    The population of the area is growing and household sizes are dropping, so there will be continued demand.

    However, the demand will shift. Properties near the railway (DART extension), the industrial estates (people with income) and the town centre (good services) are likely to hold or improves their prices better than those in other areas.

    Be aware of service charges.
