    Hi,

I currently have planning permission for an Extension to my house and a good quote from a builder. Do you think it would be worth while to hold off and see do builders prices drop as there is a fall in the market. Any help appreciated..

Entirely your decision. While costs do appear to be coming down, you have to factor in how soon you want the extension done. If the timescale doesn't bother you then wait a few months.

The inverse of this is that they could also rise. Its something thats overlooked occasionally
