Wii Sims Castaway question

For anybody who "received" this for Christmas. It says 12+ on the box but wondering would it be suitable for a 10 year old? Think it;s just one person on an island but can't see where the 12+ rating comes from then.

Check this out. Look out for the pictures on the back of the box to determine the content. Usually in Sims you can kill your Sims or get them to have sex to create children, not sure if it's the same in this game. The sex isn't graphic, in the other ones it just involved getting into bed and voila! There's a baby. I've been playing the games since I was about 10 so wouldn't worry too much. I turned out ok... :S
