    Well no more ice cream for me! was eating some just before 12 and when it hit i got my oh to bin it for me, and NO MORE!

    I'm the same, I had a major blow out last night but from today all the crap is gone!

    The fizzy drinks is going to be the hardest thing to cut out!!

    Na for me ice cream. I have never met a flavour i didn't like! Also am trying to give up chocolate bars and crisps, but i can't give up biscuts. I'll drop everything nice as long as i can have my biscuts.... I LOVE BISCUTS!
