I've got a friend who's a photographer and he says 'a third, a third, a third' and you can't go wrong.

I had that in mind when I took this photo - my hubby beside Lake Wanka in New Zealand. BTW, it's lovely to see Mt Leinster - that mast!

It's a really good shot. I don't think it needs a crop TBH. Maybe you could clone out the wires tho.

Thanks, started to clone out the wires but just had'nt the patience at the time to finish it!

Excellent exposure.
Yes, those wires...
A little crop at the bottom, maybe, but try few different frames. The picture is asking for some frame.

But all and all, I am just jealous that I don't have such great photo! Well done!

No, it's down in Co. Wexford, west of Enniscorthy, near Bunclody at the northern end of the Blackstairs Mountains. Log na Coille or Lugnaquillia is in the Wicklow Mountains.

Or, as the walkers refer to it, de lug. And it is indeed Leinsters tallest peak.

Had the pleasure of walking The Lug and there are some pretty impressive views from up top and along the way, ideal for the scenic photographer.

Yeah lug is lovely. But not to sleep on top of after a night hike, sleeping in a survival bag..

Yeah, easiest access to Mt Leinster by car is via Ballon in Carlow
