The title of this thread has made me feel quite nauseous. Anyway to answer your question in tvland everything is wonderful and the sex is always fantastic. Lots of foreplay, satin sheets and she usually just happens to be wearing sexy underwear. Oh and lets not forget simultaneous orgasms, cos you know that always happens in real life.

Also interesting to note that noone ever has to stop for a second because they have a cramp, or to spit out a pube.

    don't forget the L-shaped duvet.

And what about the silly noises that are made when sweaty flesh is pressing against sweaty flesh....?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,884 ✭✭✭Rattlehead_ie

or the fumbling around to find a condom! cause we dont want to be encouraging
    This now do we?
cos you know that always happens in real life.
am I missing something here :p

When I seen the thread title I presumed it was about people in those period dramas like pride and prejudice having sex. I see I was mistaken. After Hours, you never cease to amaze me.

For the same reason that in tv-land people never go to the toilet or say 'goodbye' at the end of a 'phone conversation.

Some Americans don't actually say goodbye on the phone. My Grandfather's ex wife just used to hang up. You never knew when a phone conversation was over...

You talk as if having sex on the rag was a bad thing.

Well, I remember I saw one case in a film, I think it was called Show Girls (crap film btw) she even told him to check if he didn't believe her:D.

Esp. clean shaved/waxed pussy. That makes really funny 'slap, slap, slap' sounds.

No one ever pussy farts on TV either.

You always see women in movies going swimming, horse riding, jogging and other such activities.
If tampon ads are anything to go by, then they are always on the rag.

'You can **** me when you love me...'

Gah, terrible film. Going slightly OT but was I the only one that thought an actress going from a major role in Saved By The Bell where she's a huge activist of feminism to a role where she whores herself around the whole town slightly...

    Ironic?

In all honesty, having sex during my partner's period has never really bothered either of us - but yes, rarely if ever alluded to in tv land.

And they never have to argue over who sleeps in the wet patch in movies either!

Because women don't ever actually turn a man down if they are having their period. They just ignore it altogether. Movies are just a mirror of reality.

I suspect its just you that has a problem with it. Because you are weird & frigid.

Movies are a mirror of reality?I wish it was true...

Anyway there's no need to be offensive with abbie

Its a stupid thread. The question is stupid. Someone just wants to discuss period sex. There is a forum for those questions. Makes a change from **** threads perhaps but its just another example of AH turning into toilet. So I reserve the right to mock.

well,if you think it's a stupid thread..why do you post in it?
You can speak your mind but there's no need to be offensive since you can express the same idea and being polite at the same time...
I hope you won't question my english now..I know it's bad (i am a foreigner)

I think some people don't have any problem with having sex during a girl's period and others find it absolutely disgusting..

So I can point out and opine that its a stupid thread. I wasn't being offensive (to people with normal sensitivity levels that is). Your English is fine. By foreign, I presume American, gauging your understanding of irony.

    TV is not reality. Period.

Post Reported. I'm no patriot but I don't tolerate racial slur, sir.

Of course they never turn it down in the movies. That would be boring :)
