    Anyone bought online from them? The order page does not give any idea of when delivery will be. Should they?

    Edit, I see I have asked a similar question in another thread, sorry and found most of the info

    Delivery:

    Ireland:
    You should receive your order within 7 working days.
    Standard delivery is non urgent by courier service and takes approx 1/2 days from dispatch within Ireland.

    Outside Ireland:
    Delivery times for other countries are listed below (Dates are approximate).

    UK: dispatched in 7 working days, Postal times: Standard post 5/6 days, Registered post 2/3 working days.
    EU: dispatched in 7 working days, Postal times: Registered post 3/4 working days.
    Australia, USA & Rest of world: dispatched in 7 working days, Postal times: Standard post 5/7 working days, Priority post 6/9 working days.
    If your order is out of stock, we will email you with an expected delivery date. If delivery is delayed for more than 14 days, you may contact us to cancel your order. Feel free to query your order at any stage.

    Christmas Delivery Times:
    Orders placed after the 14th December will not be delivered before Christmas, orders placed after this date will be dispatched in the new year.

    Generally delivery times are listed in the help/customer service/FAQ section of the website.

    Yes hi, I found it in the mean time. There is no facility to cancel the order though but you can return. Thanks anyway

    I've bought from them and had no issues at all, quite friendly and good service with regards to my order.Hope yours arrived alright.
