Yeah read about this case previously, problem is in order to take them to court she'll need a **** load of money because the porn company is in the states....gotta love that US Legal system!

That is scarey that they can get away with it and she can do very little to stop them. Poor girl.

I think she should be pushing the fact that the pic is of a 14 year old girl rather than it was stolen. If it gets news coverage someone will pick it up pro bono

Sorry if this sounds completely stupid but how are people finding out that their pictures from their flickr accounts or where ever are being used??
May its going to become a thing that posting pictures on flickr etc any pictures posted there will have to have some sort of watermark on them

I presume with the new stats function you can see who are looking at your picks and where they came from?

I dont have much there at the moment to see what way the stats work :p

normally they are told by someone who has seen it being used and knows the picture.

The original photo above had a water mark, it was removed for the DVD

I'd love to see what happens with the case, I'd say that even if she doesn't get them on copyright grounds she would be able to ruin them for using a child on a porno cover...

super shot though, such a shame that the picture was ripped off and no avenues to go down to get some closure on it.
