Have to admit I enjoyed the new series immensely, should be worth the wait for those who've been patient enough/had no choice.

Very good season this year, shame the strike had to stop production. There's one episode left to be aired in January

I saw two episodes of the new season while on holiday in the US and i have to say i enjoyed them way more than any episode from last season. I thought it had gone off the boil a bit, but now; seems to be coming back to its best.

I'm really annoyed they started showing the ads ten days before we actually get to see it.
    I can't take the suspense.

Its really good! The ad on t.v for it is cool but obviously they stole from ABC!

Watched the first season when it was first around, dreadful stuff.
But, hard to resist urge to catch up as Nathon Fillion is in the latest season.....

Don't like the quirky, kooky bits but love the mystery drama stuff. I'm looking forward to it definitely - can't wait to see what happens with Edie. And Bree's daughter.

    9.00: Secrets & Lies:

Mary Alice narrates the summary of the stories of all five main characters as they go by their lives on Wisteria Lane throughout seasons 1, 2 and 3.

    9.50: 4x01: Now You Know

A month has passed on Wisteria Lane since Susan and Gabrielle tied the knot with Mike and Victor. While Lynette is battling with the effects of chemotherapy, Susan finds out she might have menopause. Bree's faked pregnancy comes close to being uncovered and Gabrielle starts an affair with Carlos. After twelve years of absence, Katherine Mayfair (Dana Delany) moves back to Wisteria Lane with her new husband Adam and daughter Dylan, who doesn't seem to remember living there.

I am SO looking forward to this. Loved series 1 and 3.

Altho I was quite upset at the end of the last series when Lynette was diagnosed with cancer, so reckon this season could have a few tear jerking moments!

You mean there's 10 episodes and that's it?! Episode 10 aired in US on Sunday, as far as I know

What did everone think of last night's first episode? It was sooo funny when Bree "roughed up" the lil old lady for wanting to touch her belly heehee, and then with the "retractable knife" thing LOL!! I wonder what the story is with the new family...my theory is their own daughter died, they kidnapped the "daughter" they have now, would explain her dream of a man coming into her room and taking her and also why she doesn't remember anything....can't wait for next Tuesday! :)

To be honest, Edie has always had a real psycho-edge. That hanging scene was mad!

Or maybe something terrible happened to her in that house so the mother took her away from danger and had her hypnotised or something so she wouldn't remember anything bad??? Maybe the mother killed the first husband or something???

There has already been a kidnapped child story really so it's probably not that, although kidnapped does sound like the best explanation for that girl not remembering living there and having a memory of a man coming into her room. Hmmmmm.........

Edie has Carlos by the curlies now! :D

Have been watching episodes aired in the states already

up to episode 10 and am still so congused about Katherine's family issues!! No idea what's going on yet!!

    Brilliant series so far!!

I wonder if anything will happen with Zac & Paul Young in this series?
Is Paul still in prison & Zac run on the run??
It's been so long, i've forgotten!!

I thought it was a great opening to the season and a return to form (after weaker seasons 2 and 3) plus Cross and Huffman were fantastic as usual in this ep.

Yeah but the Mam and hubby were worried she might remember what had happended in the bedroom at the end so if she was in that room, the kidnapping theory doesn't work.

Maybe she is a clone and retains some of the memories of the first girl. Yeah next week, settle in to watch. Caburys Creme Egg in one hand, bag of popcorn in the other. Can't wait.

Susan/Mike/Julie: I wasn't surprised when Susan was being dramatic over the wedding 'being doomed'. I really wasn't expecting the pregnancy so I look forward to their relationship now. Julie made it all mysterious when she said she didn't know who the girl was.

Bree/Orson/Andrew/Danielle: This fake pregnancy is going to be found out I think. It was very funny when he kept sicking the fork in "oh my baby!" and then they did a high five, lol. I'm waiting for evil Andrew to return...anyone else? No Danielle this episode...no loss.

Lynette/Stella/Tom/the kid: My favourite story line of the premiere. I really liked Stella and how she is standing by Lynette. I look forward to seeing more of her this season. It was good when Lynette was being bullied by the other mother and she vomited in her bag. lol. Tom has no balls, I have always thought this and I still do. Penny has gotten big!

Gabrielle/Carlos/Edie/Victor: This affair is stupid. It got a bit more interesting when Edie discovered the offshore accounts. I can inevitable see Edie loosing out though. As for Victor, I just don't see him as a main character...does anyone else?

Catherine/Adam/Dylan: I love the mystery and the rivalry between Catherine and Bree. My opinion on the mystery, I think Dylan has being brainwashed. They are on the run from something and I think Bill (Catherine's ex-husband) has a role in this. I can see Catherine ruffling feathers on wisteria lane. I'm really looking forward to it.

    Best of the week: Stella

    Worst of the week: Susan

Best storyline: Lynette revealing her cancer

Best quote: Bree: "This family's reputation is already hanging by a thread, I mean first people thought your step father was a wife killer, then your sister takes up with her history teacher and now we're supposed to parade a little bastard up and down the street, we might as well sit on the porch and play bangos"

I liked the premiere overall. The mystery is very good and hopefully it will last the season unlike the last one. Good story lines also.

    8.5/10 :D
