Came across this today - quite useful and yes I know... there is photoshop/gimp /dedicated programs for watermarking but this online tool is handy + you can grab images from your flickr account.

Id imagine, but I havent tested, that those watermarks are easily removed?

Sometimes the manual way is the securer way - even though it can be slightly time consuming!

and you'll most likely be resizing anyway so might as well make a brush for your own.,

well yes eh... kinda to the above - as the OP said most will use their photoshop / gimp. When you try this service you will see that it allows you to do anything from a simple unobtrusive text located at a selection of desired locations to complete 'tiled' transparant watermark obliteration (should you be really paranoid) - with the latter i don't think removal would be viable. It does offer handy resizing too - blog suitable, forum suitable, etc... Its basic enough but free and a quick alternative that people may choose to avail of - or if your photshop / gimp isn't available to you it will be handy i would think.
