    hi, I have a video I made of the kids in my daughters school Nativity play.I want to put it on line so the ther parents can view it.But I want it password protected so not any tom dick or Harry can view it.So I make a password and tell the other parents.Which site is safe and best.Thanks for the help,

    I think you can set youtube so that only people on your friends list can view it. They would all have to sign up though.

    I'd like to do similar to this, I dont really like the idea of putting up vids of my kids.

    yeah, and its a shame.I thought photbucket was private but I am wrong.I am also looking at some other one, share and something???
    I dont want to put it public, thats for sure.If I find something I will let you know, thanks for the help.

    youtube is your best bet. only downside is you need all the potential viewers of the video to signup and add you as a friend. you then do the same, and make the video private and accessible by your friends only.

    ok so I set up u tube account.Post the video, mark Private and tell others to set up u tude and then invite me.I will say yes and they can view it.Is it possible to put just pictures on u tube also.thanks again,I and 18 sets of parents 18 sets of Grandparents :)appricate it.

    pictures ? no. you need to use the likes of flickr for that. Works in the same way, so same rules apply. There are rumours that flickr are working on the ability to add video meaning that would be one site that would meet your video and photo needs, but they are only rumours and for the moment flickr only deals with photos.
