Does anyone know where I can get a battery grip for a D80 that has a feature on it to allow one to take time lapse photo's? I heard a mate of mine saying that he purchased one and I forgot to ask him where.

Maybe someone could shed some light on this for me.

    Cheers.

Time relapse is set on the camera, not the grip, btw.
I got my D80 battery grip at in for £550 GBP, about 8 months ago, but I'll be looking to sell it soon.

Oops, meant to say D80 AND battery grip. They were £70 when I was buying it.

I was thinking the same thing.,lol,
I got the Nikon branded one myself. I read around a few places on the net about the ones from ebay and i heard of some having problems so i didnt bother incase it gave me trouble.,

550 is cheap for a D80 with battery grip all the same, was it just the body?

The D80 doesnt do time lapse. You need the nikon control software to work it by USB.

The D200 (and I presume the d300) has a time lapse feature built into the camera.
