I liked the lion king a lot.

I used to like some of the magic of Disney I guess,
but after seeing the trailer for enchanted it looked absolutely dreadful bubblegum high school musical tripe, yet it got a crazily high review of 93percent on rottentomatoes, does anyone have any info on it?
    who has seen it?

Haven't seen it yet, but I actually want to. It looks like fun, and if the reviews are accurate, it should be a welcome return to form for Disney.

It's an average, reasonably enjoyable movie with a great performance from Amy Adams.

I took my daughters ( all below 13yrs ) to it and they all loved it. Its very funny, full of over acting in standard Disney Princess style. Very enjoyable

saw this last night and really enjoyed the film. I thought the general tone of the movie was great. Was expecting a pathetic attempt by Disney to basically make a 'real-life' version of Shrek, with loads of fast moving action for the kids and plenty of "nod nod, nudge wink" jokes for the adults.
Thankfully, the film was a little more than that and is actually a pretty well executed tribute to the whole Disney fairytale genre, with some nice set pieces and decent performances by all.

I knew I knew the princess from something else. She's "Hot Girl" in the Office. No arguement there as I'd definetly hit that.

I actually enjoyed Enchanted it a lot as well.... it gets a little bit naff towards the end.. But Amy Adams really is very good in it.

I enjoyed it too. The chipmunk was the best character, His miming was great fun. I also loved the scene where the prince was asking the builder where he could find the princess. "I seek a beauftiful girl"
