Being in the "trade" myself I could do it for a minimal fee (pm me if interested) otherwise not really sure where in Sligo, possibly Compupac.

This is the only information I could find in relation to your request. I don't know how reliable he is or anything or if there is an office or anything in town and I dont know if it is good value or not as I've never had to use the service.

you will pay 70 - 90 euro an hour in compupac for that if you have the installation disks just run them yourself. Better off spending the money on an external disk and saving your files to that. then run the windows cd again. and do a fresh install.

Do it yourself. All you have to do with a system that hasn't been self built is re-install the OS with the supplied CD and use the driver resource CD that came with it to install display, sound drivers etc. In fact, many laptops have a restore partition, using accessed by pressing f10 in the bios/post screen. If you have one of those, it'll restore your laptop to day 1 without you having to do anything remotely technical.

For virus and Spyware, download and run both AVG and Spybot. Though, if your system is very badly infected, it's quite possible a total format is the best solution.
