eBay Seller Won't Send Me Invoice

I bought a camera on ebay about a week ago, and asked for the total. Since then, after about 5 requests, the seller (which seems to be a big business) won't send me the total I owe them. Every time I ask, they come with an offer for an extended warranty and battery and refuse to take no for an answer. Every time I refuse, the package gets cheaper! I don't think I fancy buying from people like this at all. Any experts know if I can back out now by complaining to ebay or what are my options?

I had a similar experience recently, where the seller refused to invoice me and I was unable to pay without a total. I reported the seller to eBay as I didn't want a non-paying bidder strike against me, so get in first and they'll at least have a record of you trying to pay.

After that, I didn't hear anything more about it. I never paid, and nothing happened.

Whats the point of the seller doing this?

No idea, laziness I assume. They've enough business already and don't need to bother with anyone who has a problem.
