hi there Any you folk know how to get jvc interart 28 inch crt to have proper size on screen, given this tv and although i have used zoom controls to set the size the people look oversized and some head shots off the screen, connected to NTL and menu text wont fit properly across top of screen any tv repair shops ? thanks…

If you have the proper original remote press the left most key of the coloured keys about two thirds down the remote. This will adjust the picture settings between auto/14-9/ etc etc. You probably should leave it on auto.

Otherwise go into Menu, Picture settings and change it from there.
