sadsmile.gif After just over 9 years good service, it seems my monitor has packed in. The lights are on, but nobody is home. The little power light is green, indicating some input, but the screen is blank. I tried it on another old PC that it normally works on too, but it was the same there. frown.gif Santa is already on his way, so it is too late to ask him for one. frown.gif So it looks like I'll be looking for a new one. The current one is a 14in CRT, on top of a big hefty desktop. I suppose a light, cheap (under €200) 15in or so, flat screen one should do the trick. Fortunately my laptop is working fine, so I can still get online, so it is not all bad.smile.gif Any recommendations for getting a good, reasonably priced one, where to look etc?

Where's a good place to recycle the old one too, seeing as it'll have to go somewhere?
