This isn't a forum for selling items. In fact, it's not even a website for selling items!

Try: http://www.adverts.ie - You'll have better luck there. A mod will probably delete this thread before anyone even decides to reply.

    Surely you mean €269?

Wii's are €269.99 everywhere that has them with no games.
For €450 it would want to have a bucketload of games.

I hope you weren't trying to capitalize on the Christmas desperation of parents by making a few extra euro's today. Personally I'm glad every store seemed to get Wii's back in stock this morning because it stopped this type of thing happening. Anyone who wants a Wii can easily find a store open until at least 7pm

7 wiis for sale the other day on the first page of adverts\consoles. Looks like lots of people tried to cash in on the temporary shortage and are now stuck. Serves them right. Of course people like the OP think its still ok to rip people off. Am glad its backfired on you and hope you have a roomful of wiis you cant shift now.

I really think posting a thread like this should deserve a ban.

And I thought the €270 was bad.

The problem is though, a ban matters not a jot to these people. Have you noticed how many of these people flogging wii's have 1 or 2 posts on boards or adverts. Once they let it be known they have one then they are sure to get PM's from desperate buyers. However the situation has now changed with plenty of stock available in shops, so hopefully people will not be fooled.

Thankfully I got my Wii from someone on adverts who was playing fair and square. At the time there was none to be had in the shops, and I paid retail price for a brand new unopened model.

Seems Nintendo held back and have released a butt load of Wii's and NDS's in the last two days. To all the scammers out there who can't sell their Wii's ';F*ck you, you evil prick'.

A simple solution would be to only allow people to advertise items for sale with a minimum number of posts which the mods could decide.
Would make it easier then to avoid the profiteers but on the other hand it would mean some people would not get access to the sellers.
