    Hi guys,

Have just signed up to UPC and was trying to set up a number of programmes to record. Wanted to record 4 programmes in a row on BBC 4 but none of them recorded. Tried again tonight and they all had "overlap" symbols on them so weren't gonna record either. How can I set it up to record?

    Many thanks

Press Menu and choose digital video recorder, choose settings and make sure that the extra time before/after recording is set to none. These may be set to 5 mins(as default) and this will cause the overlap error you're getting.

Even if they show the overlap symbol, they'll still record. AFAIK the first program always finishes before the second one starts.

Thanks Taxman, that seems to have sorted it.

Alun, they definitely didn't record once the overlap symbol was there, cheers though.
