i cant post links at de minute but basically its a different way to swing the club.

from what i see, there is no weight transfer and very little body movement. de likes of aaron baddeley, mike weir and zach johnson now use it

Advocates against transferring weight during the swing but rather keeping 60% of your weight on your front foot, tilting your spine towards the target as you reach the top of the back swing.

Google Search Results for Stack and Tilt

    Steve Elkington stack and tilt

Not sure how good for your back this swing would be.

u reckon this wud be bad for the back?

ive a dodgy lower back and thought that this swing might be easier on it?

im more than like;y wrong but thats wat i thought!

Oh, don't mind me. I just thought that the tilting of the spine towards the target might be a little unnatural but now that I've had a couple of practice swings here in the office I'm not so sure.

Ok, need to sit down now as I'm getting serious grief from co-workers! Don't you just love Friday afternoons? :D

i dont know myself to be honest but there are a few pros startin to use it so it must have some good things going for it.

if im correct, zach johnson uses this style of swing and hes the masters champion so it obviously works for some people
