Firstly most TVs can handle NTSC signals---these are the American equivalent of PAL. What TV do you have?

Secondly power---check the power ratings on the cables and see do they require a voltage adapter---ours is 220-240v whereas theirs is 110-120v. If they have our ratings on their connections, you need plug adapters. Buy them cheap in Atlantic/BandQ.

Thirdly, buy region-free or US games from Play-asia.com. Stay under 45 dollars worth per delivery and customs will back off.

It most likely handles NTSC 60hz signals. US tech doesn't use scart but they shoul come with all the video leads. However some tvs only decode ntsc via scart. So I cant guarantee anything... Hope it works out 4 ya!
