Today a judge overruled the Order of another Judge who is away until the
29th January 2008.

This Judge Ruled that a Child be Forced to Text her Father every Saturday.
When My daughter complained she was threatened with 3 Days in Prison if
she did not swear to this.

Although the Family Law Courts is Based on "The Child is Paramount" the
Judge says he is doing this to stop the Fuss.

I have spoken to the I.S.P.C.C and they would consider this Child Abuse
both Mental and Psychical

As family proceedings are held in camera, we cannot afford to have them discussed in this manner. Although no decisive details are divulged, it is still dodgy territory.
