VFC SCAR external barrel removal?

    Just trying to convert the SCAR to the cqc barrel but I need to remove the outter exteranl barrel and it just won't budge.

    I've taken everything out and apart. The manual say it just screws off, I got the flash hider off but the barrel won't budge, it's not screwed in place and I nearly wrecked it using a pipe grips on it:(.

    There are no guides online on how to do the barrel change and the manual skimps on it a bit.

    Just hopeing someone here has one, and can give me some advice.

    Cheers for that, so my external barrel must be very tight as when I tried screwing it off with a pipe grips I started to strip a little finish from the barrel.

    I was bricking it there a few mins ago, I was swaping the hop up unit onto the other barrel and I could not remember how I took the the old one off. A small piece flew off as I was taking it apart and I didn't know where it came from.:o

    Its back together now with the st barrel, I just could not take the thing off, will it work ok or not is another matter.:eek:

    The joys of learning at this hour and I'm up in 5hrs. I think I'll call it a night.

    it can be tricky the 1st time.
    myself and my mate went at mine.
    took about 20mins to nail it.

    u have to strip it fully down no matter what.
    removing the flash eliminator wont do it alone.
    watch the youtube video for more help.
    once all the groups have been removed

    just grab the underneath of barrel group with fingers,make sure all screws are loose.and separate the two pieces (barrell goes left..barrell group goes right)

    then it gets trickyer..

    u then remove extra ST barrell piece and watch out for smaller pieces. the rubber band.then replace as normal..

    u have to know some1!!!!

    THEN REPEAT THE PROCESS AT NAUSEA!!
