Capturing detail from search - into excel

    I have done a file search for all files modified since august.
    Then I view details and it shows me who and when the files were modified..

    What i want to do is copy that detail into excel. ie file name in one column, directory in another and time date in third column.

    I can do this with in outlook search but not in windows

    Any suggestions?

    perl script or batch file that creates a .csv file?

    I'm an accountant!!!

    I have a vague understanding of Scripts- as in they are mini programs?

    Wouldn't have a clue how to write on- where would I look for help?
