    Hi
Not sure if anyone will be able to halp but worth a shot!
My laptop wont play any dvds recently. The front screen for the cineplayer appears, ie play, resume and eject but when I hit play, all I get is a blank screen.
I have tried the dell website for assistance but no luck. It maybe just a simple issue so if anyone has any suggestions or help they'd be most appreciated as Im not too well up on IT issues!

    Thanks a lot

It might be a codec problem. Google k-lite codec pack and download that. Hopefully that should fix it.
