Career Advice?

im not sure how to ask this question, or who to ask.
recent changes in my current employers management structure have meant that i no longer have a clear career path, my manager seems to have no intention of helping me progress my career and stress levels in the job are reaching insane levels.

none of this actually bothers me all that much, except that i had planned to be in a more senior role within 12-18 months,
its now been 12 months and it really doesnt look like there will be room to move in the coming 12 months.

i havent decided to move yet, but will have some time over the christmas holidays to think it through.

would anyone have any advice on how to go about assessing my options.
i am slightly stuck in that i have no qualifications to point me in the direction of a career or employer.
i am in my early 20s and earning around 45k pa and i dont think there are many jobs out there for "unqualified" people that pay that well.
i stopped arsing around 3 years ago and have worked hard to get where i am.

i have spoken with colleauges and most just seem happy that they have the job, they are all a fair bit older than me and there are some good perks to the job.

should i just go and talk to an agency to see whats availble?
there are too many jobs on the varios websites for someone with no idea of where they want to go next.

I'm not being smart, but how can we give advice when you haven't told us what you actually do?
