    Hello all,

Just looking for recommendations for advanced acoustic songs to keep me occupied over the next week or so.

Idealy fingerpicking jazz/classical/spanish type songs. But all recommendations welcome.

I can't recommend learning bluegrass and finger-style blues enough. i've played a fair few different styles but nothing has worked the fingers as much as the likes of Doc Watson or Mississippi John Hurt and it's very easy to to get into too.

maybe something along the lines of Classical Gas would be more along your style though? or something by Joe Pass if you're feeling really adventurous?

have a look at Doc Watson's arrangement of Deep River Blues then, or Mississippi John Hurt's Candyman

Andy McKee - will keep you occupied for more than a week! he is king! Rylynn is amazing - never get tired of hearing it.. one of the nicest guiter pieces i've ever heard..m he's not just technical.. it's all melodic stuff... and drifting too... Youtube him though.. it's better to see him playing

If your into that... Justin King is another dude.. but he is just off the wall.. check out knock on wood

I'd recommend McKee too. I just started learning Drifting and am going to tackle his version of Africa. The percussion stuff makes it really fun to learn.
Also you could try some Tommy Emmanuel stuff.
