Bought off creative and never received it

    I got an email the day that the order was shipped on the 6th of December. I still don't have it and I'm getting worrried as its a christmas present.

    I also cannot find any telelphone number to ring on their website. Anyone have a number or anything?

    I tried posting my order number into the tracking form on their website and it didn't find anything. I ordered off creative.ie

    Thanks a mill. Just rang them there. Where did you get that number from actually?

    I remember I had to ring them before and found a number on their site but it was well hidden.

    i found it on their site in the 'contact us' tab, a drop down menu says shop or something like that
