    GFE

Drop jump drop off a platform, stick the landing then jump as high as possible straight afterwards, weighted drop jump do the above but with weights

Don't you drop into like a squat type crouch before jumping up? I've seen people do these in the gym but always wondered if they aren't killing their knees? It's hardly low impact.

    Thanks for the replys.

Just wondering what height you would jump from.
    From a bench or steps?
    Anyone ever do these?

You stick the landing in thed postion thats relevant to your goals. So a forward in rugby might stick it in a deeper postion as they need more push in a scrum with their legs in that postion. Where as a gymnast would stick the landing in a dish postion. Tbh there's no real need for non-sports people to be doing plyometric sort stuff
