TV & Broadband package

    Hey

I am looking at getting rid of analogue tv, eircom phone and broadband, replacing it with VoIP and Cable broadband so I don't have to pay line rental.

Does anyone else apart from NTL Chorus offer Cable broadband and basic digital tv at a decent price?

I haven't heard good things about NTL customer service, so hopefully want to avoid them.

    Thanks!

The NTL Broadband is good. I'm happy with it anyway. :)

I think the TV is fine. I have digital and it gives pretty much anything I'd want out of TV. Unless you can get Smart (IPTV on trial) or Magnet there is nothing else.

You could look at satellite (free) and wireless like metro for an alternative.

Blueface VOIP is very good. I replaced the landline over 21 months ago and haven't looked back. The NTL phone service does have QoS though.

My set up is NTL & Blueface. I'm very happy with it.

For a start you need ntl analogue to get ntl digital. Ntl broadband is very good. They do some really good phone packages too.
