strangly, yes. They are good basses for the money, they dont have the brand name but they do feel, play and sound strangly well.

I have a Cort bass and I find it excellent. You can see it in this thread around post 27 (I think).

I love it - its a great guitar for the price I paid for it.
Active pickups that work really well, and give a nice range of tones.
My only complaint is that the intonation is hard to adjust, though that may be specific to the model I have.

    I'd certainly recommend them.

cheer for the replys lads :)

whats do you mean when you say the intonation is hard to adjust?

I have a 5string peavy bxp bass and was thinking of getting another 5 string, maybe a cort, for some reason I prefer 5 string basses, even though I do Have a 4 string shine, but i've been thinking about selling that bass because I rarely play that now, since I've gotten my 5 string, but would definitely consider getting a 4 string cort if it felt comfortable and had a nice tone, there definitely nice looking basses

The allen keys which you loosen to adjust the intonation are just a bit awkward to get at, that's all.
