Gears of War PC Version Game Saves?

    Anyone else having trouble trying to play Gears of War on the pc? My first attempt of playin this game ended when my game save mysteriously vanished after getting as far as the cart section mid way thru. So I started playing again the next day and now I made if a bit further and again, bam, my save files are gone again and its not loading my campaign:( This is really annoying, I dont want to start playing the game again only to find out that it will be a waste of time deleting my save progress again. anyone else experience this with Gears of War pc version???
