    Old Navy don't anyhow.
I'd say most don't ship internationally, but worth a gander all the same,

In my experience any major US merchants that ship internationally charge a huge shipping fee, and tend to use courier services that will result in payment of VAT and duty almost 100% of the time.

As an aside, if you are travelling to the states, it's well worthwhile ordering online and having it delivered to your hotel before you arrive. Just call the hotel ahead of time, and ask them how to address the package. When ordering, use the hotel delivery address as your billing address. This works for most sites, except Nike.com. For Amazon, use your Irish address. I have done this on 3 recent trips - a total of 9 packages (Dell, Amazon, J-Crew, Banana Republic). Amazon will also give you a free 1 month trial of AmazonPrime, which gives you free 2 day expedited shipping. You will pay less than retail for many items, particularly electronics, and will not pay sales tax in most instances. It also makes for a nice welcome when you check into your hotel!

Not really a Bargain Alert but will move to Online Buying. I use the site often myself OP as I'm based in the US at the moment and use the coupons at times. Thanks OP.
