Anybody else do this race today? Did it myself despite not having trained much what with the party season, and I did it in 56:15 (clock, not chip). Was pretty chuffed with that given that my last 10k was the mini-marathon and I ran that in 1:07 :D

The hills were killer though...I run around the city centre normally, so I'll be in a world of pain tomorrow :(

Did it yesterday also. Great race and the course was excellent - though hands were so cold after.

Finished in 42mins and pretty pleased as coming in at a cut 14stone at moment.

There is another one on in marley park today also.

Did this race too, really enjoyed it, although the occasional slippy parts were interesting!

I'm going to do the Jingle Bells 5k next weekend. As the commentator said on Saturday "half the distance, half the effort" !

I did as well. It was my first race of any sort and i came in around 140th, which i was happy with, although my time would have gotten me into the top 100 last year so i was dissappointed not to crack it. I guess it gives me something to aim for next year!

I did it - it was my first 10k and I finished in a chip time of 1.05.59. As a slow overweight woman, I'm quite happy with that finishing time!
