    This is the proposed "Picnic" service on Freeview, using MPEG4 and new STB's.

    This is currently with OFCOM, the time to respond to its consultation closed yesterday. http://ofcom.org.uk/consult/condocs/dtv/

    It won't be on air for another 6 months at least.
