Question about different version of Razor and BSG Season 1 HDDVD

Im not big into the whole online ordering thing, i dont know what sites are good/bad, what sites have accurate info on each product ect.

Im very interested in this "My Favorite Episode So Far" and the deleted scenes but em.. Well does anyone know if there are on the region 2? or if there is a region 2 special edition.

Or even why every site has a 2 min time difference listed for the regions because amazon has region 2 as 103 mins and region 1 as 101 mins.

Oh and BSG Season 1 HDDVD was pushed back till the end of Jan

The dvdrip I have is 101 minutes as far as I can remember.
