New motherboard or new graphics card

My motherboard is a few years old now ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe, but was a decent spec back then. I don't feel a great hurry to upgrade it except for one issue. I want to run two 30" Dell Monitors on it, in order to do this though I have to buy an expensive graphics card, probably this onehttp://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-137-SP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=403

I know AGP is dated technology at this point, so wondering would it make more sense to just go the whole hog and get a new motherboard so that I can have a PCI Express Card.

Pentium 4 3.2 GHZ, 3 GB Ram. Damn if I change the motherboard I have to fork out for a new processor and Ram too don't I? :(

It's a toughy. Can you get a PCI-Express motherboard for the processor / ram? If you don't intend upgrading in the next year or two, I'd say stick with AGP. If the P4 is socket 775 it might be worth upgrading (as this will allow you to upgrade to the newer core2 processors further down the line).

If it wasn't for this issue, I'd say I would have been looking to upgrade in about 3 years time. I'm not at home now until later tonight so can't verify my specs but I'm pretty sure I have a socket 478 at the mo.

There is one upside though, my wife's PC is older again than mine and she would probably need a new PC within the next year or so anyway, as she doesn't use the PC anyway near as much as me, I could basically give her my current pc and get a whole new one for myself :), still it's a lot of dosh that I could do without forking out with just right now :(
