    No, the PSN account you set up allows you to have an address anywhere.

    You will simply have your Irish address, with access to the EU Store.

    ya only need a us add to access the us store cos they cot the newest content first

    Burnout Paradise was on the Irish store before the US store :). Other than that I would agree with you.
