already a thread here about the tv.

I've read the avsforum thread as well. was going to buy one from saverstore, but SDTV is crap. blurry, and ghosting. Lots of probelms with the tv and horrible aftersales service...

for me it's a no but for other it might be a yes read the below thread and also avsforum

SDTV @ 24fps looks great. SDTV @ 15fps can smear. It depends on the quality of the source material.

Looks like a bargain to me too. I think to most people an LCD TV is an LCD TV they're not worried about the technical details as long as the picture is clear and watchable. This seems like good value as well, HANNSPREE Xv32 LCD Television at €523 including delivery, and a 32" is more than adequate for the average living room.

Update: If anyone's interested I just got a quote of £395 (approx. €552) including delivery for the Hannspree 37" HD Ready LCD TV from Saverstore. Including delivery that's almost €73 less than Pixmania. Excellent service I just entered my details on the web site and they phoned me back with the quote. Very tempted now to order ...... :D

I had a look at this and would advise to check out the AVFOURMS as the TV has its downfalls....

There are two models, JT and YT. Misco sell the YT, saverstore the JT. They're quite different (number of hdmi, PIP, newer screen). The JT is newer.

Has anyone used PC WOolrd Business in Ireland?? ANyone know what they are like? They have some good prices on LCD's at the moment.

Was thinking of getting the Hannspree 37" from Pixmania aswell but still looking around at others. Not too sure how good Hannspree are, had never heard of them.

It's €563.72 including delivery with Pixmania. That's a good price because Saverstore have increased their price on this TV since I lasted posted (above) and Misco no longer sell this model.
