Dead over Christmas?

Ok so will Boards.ie be dead over Christmas? I don't mean downtime due to tech problems/upgrades etc.

What I mean is are we facing another lul, a quiet time like we get over parts of the Summer? With posters & mods alike having time of work will posting plummet, will posts that are made go unmodded coz mods are off actually having lives?

I'm only off for a couple of days so I dont see it affecting the ridiculous amount of time I spend on here but damn I'm gonna be bored if there fcuk all else about!

I won't be online as frequently but I'll be checking in every day for a look. I'll have to be online anyway to make sure my Cybernations nation hasn't been attacked by anyone

I predict a certain lull over Eve and Day with some traffic picking up morning Stephens Day. Then a saturation of boards of circa 65% during the middle days before NYE. We should see a normal pattern emerging again between January 6th and January 9th.

ill be here while the fmaily go to mass, be gone for dinner... be back here for a few hours... probably will be on for at least 6hrs on teh christmas day.

im sorry but why would use drop?

do allot of you college know it all hippies not have the internet at home?

Do you think that anyone who uses it in work will not use it or not have the net at home?

Do the kids who use boards during there lunch and when there home from shcool, are they not going to use the net either?

Why would a time of the year effect posting? the only time i can think of that might be effected would be 31/12 10.30-12.30 because allot of people seem to booze late and i always see one person avery year going home about 12.30 so besides that what other day/time of the year could effect boards use?

Well, seeing as I won't be at work then I'll be spending less time on boards, too much pie and beer to go through and I've only got 2 hands
