    Hey,
Figured this was better in DIY than engineering...

Anyway, I want to build some things out of steel or aluminium, but i'm not sure where to go to get materials, I had a look in b&q and while they do have various types of mild steel and aluminium, I just figured there had to be somewhere cheaper in Dublin for buying metal?

    Anyone have any tips?

    Cheers

Had a look at the heitons website, the stuff they do might actually be a bit bigger than what i need, it's mainly rectangular and circular hollow lengths i was looking for
