    Hi,

3 of us are going to a match in reading in the new year. Flying into luton. I know heathrow is closer, but we have to pass through the city when flying to luton. Which will mean we can check in and drop bags before going to game.

Anyway jurys seems to be booked out, so looking for a hotel room for 3, nice standard but reasonable price ( like jurys). Ideally we want to out in london centre that night and not have too far to travel to hotel. Also have to get to luton at a decent hour the next morning so don't want to be miles away.

    Any advice greatfully appreciated.

    Ah Reading.......the fake hoops!!
your best bet is the kings cross area. There's loads of hotels around there and all only a few minutes walk from the train back to Luton. Travelodge or Premier Travel Inn are good but there are lots of smaller ones as well.
