    There will be a A.I.K.L.F foundation workshop on Sunday the 7th 2008.It will be held at Paul Deveny's Elite Martial Arts school,Unit 9 Milltown,Warren point,County Down.The cost of the course is £60 and will start at 15:00hrs and will be finished when your knackered.There all still some pro/championship 16kgs,24kgs left in stock and will be there to buy at Pauls gym.If you fancie it just give me a call 07789465700 or email sales3kings@gmail.com All the best J

    Paul used to teach me Wing Tsun for a few years. He is a good guy and I like him a lot.
