Fault repair

    I returned an electronic device for repair it had a small defect and was in warranty. When I got back it wasn't properly fixed it still had a similar defect.
    So should I send it back for repair again or do I have grounds to push for replacement.

    Have a look at consumerconnect.ie for information on refunds, replacements and repairs.

    Essentially you are entitled to expect a repair to be permanent. If this is not the case, then you can push for a refund/replacement.
